I love the way Scarlet *selects* a toy from her toy box. She actually rummages through it with her paw. If the toy of choice is not within reach, she will sometimes tip the toy box over to get to the one she feels like playing with. She actually has no preference, just whatever grabs her interest at the moment. However, she rarely selects her rope toys and the $giggly$wiggly$ hasnt been given a second look since we brought it home.

I was wondering if your Boxer has a favorite type of toy.

Hammer has a tennis ball with a loop on it (similar to collar material). The selling point of this ball was that I wouldn't be handling a slobber covered ball EVERY time, but instead I get to handle a slobbered covered ball and handle (loop) because every part of it goes into his mouth at some point. But he LOVES this ball. He of course plays fetch with it, but he also grabs it by the loop and swings it for all he's worth. We had to make it an outside only toy though, after he swung it fastball style directly into my wide screen TV screen. Good thing I opted for the plastic screen cover on that set!

His favorite inside toy is his stuffed sqeaky toys (camel and fish).

Apollo's favorite these days is the giggly-wiggly. Not just any giggly-wiggly, but one that is covered with plush material and looks like a ladybug. He pulled one antenna partially off on the first day, so we cut that off. Otherwise, this is the greatest. He runs around with it and after it, grabs it and shakes it wildly. The first weekend he had it, he wore himself out playing!

Bottle

An empty 2L soda bottle. Leave the cap on and peel the label off. Every time they pounce on it, it scoots away. They go mad for it. foolicon

So someone else has plastic bottles laying around the house and yard. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one! Hammer hasn't graduated to 2L yet, but 16OZ water bottles are fair game!

I voted for the etc.

Subi and Bailey's toy.... my undies

Pat called me at work yesterday and said "heather you need tp remember not to leave your undies lying around. I was sleeping and i didnt hear the dogs so i woke up, looked beside me on the floor and there was Subi and Bailey playing tug of war with your undies"

Yep yep, thank you Subi and Bailey, my underwear theives. Gives me an excuse to buy more :)

ok this may sound weird but kneesaa's favorite toy as of late is her pacifier...yes she has a pacifier...and she sucks on it all the time...or throws it in the air and then hits it a few times and then sucks on it... i was worried at first she would try and eat it ... but she is content with just sucking on it...very cute! and odd....

My real answer is whatever the other one has. We can have three of everything, but normally they only want what the other one has.

 Wish I had thought of that before posting the poll. I'm sure there are lots of multi-boxer families that would have this answer.

Maggie's Mommy

Maggie just loves an old piece of rope that she found when she was 3 months old...it goes with her everywhere. If Maggie can't find the rope, then she is happy with an empty juicebox container. Tasha really doesn't have her own favorite - she likes Maggie's favorite, whatever that maybe at any given moment of the day.
