I had come home from a Memorial Day BBQ with some leftovers. I decided I was going to sit down and watch some TV and eat my meal. My two nosey boxers decide to come over and see what I have. So I lift the foil off the plate and set it aside. I have to go tell the boys to lay down so I can eat. Finally, I finish up and my 3 month old fawn decides to come look one more time. Maybe get something that fell.

So now I have this foil in my hand and he's looking at it. I bring it down to his level so he can see it and he flips out. I mean he backed up 100mph. I thought it was a fluke. So I tried it again. Same result. Ive seen dogs get spooked out about things. But never Aluminum Foil. Too Funny!

My oldest, Noah is only afraid when I put a halloween mask on and walk toward him.

One of my neighbors put up a sign in their yard for their Memorial Day BBQ that looked like a Tiki-God holding a sign that said, "Party Over Here!". As we were walking by, Cosworth was looking at me, but glanced over at it and jumped about 5 feet straight up!

Then he gave it a sniff and a little whack with his paw and decided that it was okay. :)

What spooks Zoe is rain, especially with thunder and lightening. She can tell hours before a storm comes. All will look fine outside and she will be panting, pacing and shivering. She is as accurate as the Weather Channel. Other than that, she is absolutely fearless, scared of nothing. Now, Flash is another story, his name is Flash because, he is easily spooked by noise or swift movement and runs away in a Flash.

1. the platic bags from shopping stores
2. balloons
3. my dancing santa
4. my halloween scarecrow in my garden and hanging ornaments
5. catipillers
6, bubble wrap
7. loud voices, yelling
8.water (not drinking water but water that can actually wet her)
9. the sight of nail clippers-all she has to do is see them and she freaks out and runs like a wild dog.

there are so many and seem to find more everyday  but i love her no matter how 'BRAVE" she is.

Funny you should ask this because we were just talking about it this weekend. Bella is the only dog I have ever had that doesn't seem to be spooked by anything! Although she did growl at a roll of bird netting that blew out of the wheel barrow this week-end. Mayber we just haven't found anything yet?

Lisa gets totally spooked by fireworks and loud bangs and since this happens everytime there is a footmatch and some team scores, I have to get the timing right to take her out for her walks.

Yours sounds as if he is going through a fear stage. Kayo is just ending his but he has been scared by a baby gate laying down instead of upright, towels, hammer, Someone comming out of the bathroom, cats, a leaf, the lawn mower, a blanket out of place, an icecube on the floor...and on and on.
Pay once was scared of a bottle on the counter. They get that way sometimes, and the fear stages are the worst. He will outgrow it.

Bus is afraid of those automatic doors at the pet stores.
Bub's not really afraid of anything, he barks at fireworks when he's outside.
Baby Boogie is afraid of Buster Burns - he'll be doing the same thing soon enough.

Completely Boxer Crazy
At the worst of her fear stage (which thank goodness appears to be winding down!) Grumpy was scared by just about anything... the worst were flags or trees blowing in the wind, fountains, loud noises, motorcycles, lawn mowers, and for some unknown reason, egg cartons! She is doing much better now but still gets spooked once in a while. This weekend we visited DH's parents and I opened the sliding glass door to let her outside - she freaked! Mom, the wall is moving, HELP!!!
