What 'sign' is your boxer?

Okay, one more before work, then I really have to go!

The Gemini (May 22 - June 21) carries the symbol of the twins. This can show up as a split personality. I don't mean happy one minute and sad the next, I mean opposite ends of the spectrum! They are also an air sign but have better luck than some of the other air signs of keeping their paws on the ground while their heads are in the clouds. Probably due to their alter egos.
Does Maggie frequently surprise the hell out of you by doing something you consider TOTALLY out of character? That's her Hyde side. Does she tire in the middle of a game and decide to do something totally different, even fall asleep? Does she forget to eat one day and act as if you're starving her the next?
Geminis are also creative like the taurus, but more along the lines of dancing or acting. Anything there? She may also be good at doing two things at once, like eating and scratching, or sniffing and peeing. In fact, many Geminis are not happy unless they ARE doing two things at once.

Vera's Birthday is on September 9th. Does that mean that she is a Virgo? I am not sure about the sign. I don't read the horoscopes much so I am not sure of the dates. What kind of traits do Virgos have?

A leap year baby, how cool! That makes Sable a Pisces, another water sign. If Sable were human, she would pick up every stray in the neighborhood, bring them home, and give up her spot on the sofa so they could be comfortable. Pisces sometimes lose themselves in their struggle to make sure everyone else is taken care of. This one appreciates the arts but doesn't necessarily make a good artist. Perhaps Sable would prefer to watch YOU dance? They are not said to be very hard workers but will work at whatever pleases them.
As for Spook (I am assuming a white boxer?) he is a Leo. (July 24 - August 23) Leos are a fire sign and are ruled by the sun. I am curious if Sable and Spook shared a house which one would be dominant. While the Leo is a natural ruler, the Pisces water might repeatedly attempt to douse the fire. Could be interesting... I think in general, Leo's like to be the center of attention. After all, the Sun is the center of the universe. The good side of that is that they have a shining personality and are a lot of fun to be around.

Aaahh, the Virgo. Vera carries the symbol of the virgin. Whatever that means to a dog is beyond me. Virgo's are very clean. If she could learn to use a lint brush she would probably clean up her own hair off the furniture! She might lay for hours just cleaning herself, like a cat. Or maybe she walks on her tip-toes in the mud with a disgusted look on her face when she simply has to answer nature's call on a rainy day. Maybe you don't have to clean the scattered kibble from floor around her bowl like the rest of us do because, of course, she does that herself. Does she like her baths?
They are said to be loners. That hasn't been my personal experience with my Virgo friends though. They do like to keep a side of themselves hidden. They like to believe they are mysterious and intriguing. It's how they get people to draw them out. They're great at a good game of 'hard to get'. I once had boyfriend that was a Virgo. Once I finally got him in my claws, he wasn't any fun anymore.(ha ha)

Wow! Thanks. You've nailed Maggie. She does have two personalities. One is the sweet, well behaved, nearly perfect little Boxer and then there's that sneaky, I'm gonna do what I want and I always get my way Maggie which comes out on occasion. How many times have I said to her "What is the matter with you today? Why are you behaving so badly?"
She sometimes gets confused when playing. She tries to play with two toys at once most of the time. It is so weird. I never understood that one.
And she does surprise me a lot. Not at being out of character, but at how quickly she "gets" something or picks something up by watching. Her intelligence always seems to surprise me for some reason. Like she's the typical goofy puppy playing and being a puppy and then will show such intelligence in the next minute, even while playing. And her physical dexterity always amazes.
I had to laugh at peeing and doing something else. She's always half way down the block before she's actually finished peeing. She start and then see something she'd rather sniff or someone coming whom she just KNOWS wants to pet her (doesn't everyone?) and she'll head off in that direction before she's finished peeing.
As far as acting, well she sure isn't camera shy, as evidenced by the website she MADE me put up for her :D
