What kind of key do I need?

IMO all computers should be able to be taken apart by the owner in order to tweek, upgrade, and customize. I wonder if JVC does it more for money reasons, like if you want to add memory you have to take it in and have them do it as opposed to doing it yourself.

Happy update

I got the right torx screw (ordered online) but still could not open the laptop and I did try for weeks. There was no way for me to open it without breaking the keyboard! Finally last Saturday I went to a new computer store specialised into laptops and the very competent people there could extract the disk in one hour It was also the first time for them to see something that hard to open.
Conclusion: if you buy a small laptop, be sure the hard drive can be removed without disassembling the whole laptop!
