What kind of insurance does your Boxer have?

I use VPI and I do mean use!!! Beauty has had two surgeries in the past year for mast cell tumors which cost around $600.00 and I have gotten about $425 - $450 back. I think that is pretty good. However, I think VPI is slow in reimbursing. Plus my vet is always over the customary charges, so on office visits, etc. I don't get as much back. On the whole though I've been satisfied.

Mabel has Petshealth Insurance.
It's the Basic Care Plan.
Deductible per pet per year: $100
Limit per incident per pet: $1500
Limit per year per pet: $8000
She's covered for illness & accidents. I didn't choose the vaccination choice or dental.

Pet insurance is like any other insurance company. Make sure that you read all the fine print and ask plenty of questions.

I just got Atlas health insurance but it is in Australia so I doubt that will help many of you
