what is your dog's name??

Hello.
I know a couple of people whose dogs are named Harley, but they're not boxers.

We named Striker because my boyfriend's Dad who was in the army had a friend named Sargeant Striker, and we couldnt' think of anything else.

Nellie is actually Nelly. We just got her 3 days ago, and are thinking about changing her name. Her AKC name is Nelly Belly Vaughn. We cant change that. I just changed the spelling, I like that better.

Hi our girl's name is Sydney. The man who had her before us was from Australia. I do sometimes call her Scooby and she comes. I think it must sound close to Sydney.

I called my boxer ELMO Im sure most people have watched sesame street in the past Elmo is cute and has a huge mouth and thats why Elmo is called Elmo. from Karly and Elmo

mine are D'artagnan and Aramis. we got dartagnan first and he just seemed to reagal to give a typical tough name. and we had just got done watching "man in the iron mask" and the D'artagnan has a reagal personality in it so it stuck. only no nickname for him he goes be the full Dartagnan he's quite the proper pup. and Aramis we knew we wanted to contunue with the three muskteers theme and when I first met him he was a quiet gentleman and we thought that the priest Aramis would sute him well seeings that he rather over look the playing rather than be in it as if he was far too superior to play with meere mortals lol.

I think the best name we ever came up with was Tonka, for an absolutely enormous yellow lab/rottie mix. He weighed 130 pounds as a lean, 2 year old dog.

Harley is a cute name!! I can see why it's so popular.

My boxers are Hunter and Harley. Hunter my husband named he thought it was a manly name for such a thug. I have always had pansy dogs, Cockers, dotsons etc. When I brought home Harley he was not aware I was doing this. I went on a sunday when he was motorcycling with some buddies. I drove 2 hrs to get him. Thinking Rich would not be home yet. Well like the wonderful husband he is he came home early to take me out to eat. I pulled up and said close your eyes and he said damn you got another dog. I put Harley in his arms and he fell in love. He was only 6 weeks old. My girlfriend named him because Rich always wanted a Harley motorcycle but I would not let him have one for the idiots on the street, She told him that was as close to a Harley he would ever get. So it stuck. Both are the best of friends now. I don't know what I would do with out them. Home would be boring with out the chaos.
