What is the weirdest food your boxers loves?

I am just wondering if anyone out there has noiticed if their Boxers have some strange food preferences. The weirdest I have seen was when I was still married and our Boxer, Brutis, got into the wife's kimchee. He fell in love with the stuff and would find a way to get into it whenever it was in the house. Talk about bad gas!

Green olives and soda. Neither one was intentionally given to Ty-I just now know that Ty can reach the kitchen table and is not ashamed to steal whatever you have up there ha-ha! The olives were funny, he got this look on his face like it was the most awful thing, ever. He then proceeded to play with it for a few minutes then chewed it up and ate it. Pretty funny stuff!

My DH has pancreatitis and has a hard time keeping weight on, (I am jealous) anyhow, he drinks strawberry Ensure, the higher calorie version. As soon as that bottle comes out of the fridge and he starts shaking it Cami goes bonkers. She was bottle fed as a pup since being removed from her mother at 3 weeks of age (due to illness). She loves the stuff and she gets some in her bowl and then he holds up the bottle for her and she laps it up! Anything in a bottle has to be investigated.

Jade loves beer. I guess it is the German in her.

She got her first taste at 3months, when she knocked over a bottle and started drinking. Every time we have beer, she sits there with those big brown boxer eyes, pleading with us too share.

Bananas...or to Apollo "Naners" He LOVES them...It's the weirdest thing. No one believes me when I tell them it's his favorite snack. The funniest snack that Kimo, Daisy (waiting for us at the Bridge) and Apollo love is Redi Whip. They can be ANYWHERE in the house and hear that "sshhhhhhh" of the can and come a runnin'. You would actually hear them scrambling to get to the kitchen as fast as their little paws could carry them. In an instant they would all sit like angels and wait as I would squirt it into their mouths right from the can. Hysterical!

I think I have a very strange boxer. If it isn't meat, cheese or peanut butter she'll turn away from it. Won't touch bread or any veggie, not even a cookie! Haven't found a dog treat yet that she'll eat. Now our Lab on the other hand will do anything for a baby carrot! I've never seen a dog beg as bad as Beau when the carrots are out and if you've got the ranch dip to go with it, I swear he'd do cartwheels.

the strangest thing chloe ate was a suet bar for the birds, as ive mentioned before chloe is a food hog who eats anything, well i left a suet bar on deck steps as i was filling the suet holders and chloe took off with it running around the back yard chomping she she went well i did have the last laugh because it was made from hot peppers and has quite a bite to it.(forgot to wash hands once) well she drank water for quite a while that evening.

Ruckus eats oranges! And, yes, he will eat watermellon, too. My brother's pekignese eats dill pickles.

Beau LOVES bananas. I usually eat corn flakes with bananas for breakfast and Beau gets the "butts" of the bananas. He also loves applesauce. I guess you could say he's a healthy eater......
