We've had similar problems. Crash loves his foam-stuffed fleeced padded Walmart bed and they wash pretty easily. BUT, Boomer has ripped up 5 beds in 8 months!! So, we recently discovered the Comfort Zone lambskin bed from JB Wholesale Pet supplies. Its a double layer of fleece-like material without stuffing to rip out. We just got it in the mail today and its pretty soft and comfy. Looks indestructible, but we'll have to put it to the test. You can order them at jbpet.com. They have tons of cool stuff. Good luck!
