what do you feed your dog & how do you like it?

I read thru the dog food analysis and was disappointed that our dog food didn't do very well. We've been feeding nutro ultra forever (and its by no means inexpensive) and overall I've been pleased, when we started there were noticable changes in skin and coat. Howeve are male eats 4 cups of it a day because we just had such a hard time keeping weight on him and now I'm guessing its probably because our food isn't nutritionally complete. I'm going to switch to innova because its the only one on the 6 star rating that I could find in my area. Thoughts?

I feed my dogs a prey model raw diet and we love it!

I feed Natural Balance Lamb Meal and Brown Rice and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. My girl's gas went away 100% my boy can eat it since it's gluten free, it is a great food I have had fabulous results with it.

Prey model raw? Does that mean u feed them meat and not actual dog food? I'm a vegetarian and can't stomach the sight of raw meat :p

I feed mine Canidae.

I used to feed my dog Canidae, Solidgold, Timberwolf, Wellness Core. Unfortunately we moved to Dubai a few months ago. There are not many choices here, only Royal Canin, Eukanuba, Nutro Choice, Nutrients, practically only junk kibbles. Now I home cook him and my recipe is quite simple: 50-60% of meat (changing from lamb, beef, chicken, fish), 20% of vegetables and 20% of grains (such as brown rice). From time to time I also add some cottage cheese, egg, yogurt. I must say he looks much better since he is totally on home cooked meal.

I used to feed Avery Canidae. I have just switched to Prairie Lamb and Oatmeal, and have just bought a bag of Beef and Barley for rotation. She loves it!

I feed Buster Wellness Puppy Food. He likes it! At one of his feedings, I'll mix yogurt with it. He loves that!!

I feed mine Wellness Core and supplement it with homecooked meat, sometimes canned if I don't have time to make it, but it is generally homecooked. They LOVE it.
