What color looks Smashing on your boxer?

I thought I might build one myself... like an actual toybox with a lid so it looks nice if anyone comes over ( I love woodworking and have been making things since I was little... like a water bucket holder for my horse...or oh man I remember making a "stable" for my model horses....) But maybe have it as a low box and have teh lid off so they can get their toys when they want. By they I mean my puppy I don't have yet... I'm such a dreamer huh?

So I was looking at collars and what not (what not meaning beds, blankets, doggie coats, leashes, all the stuff I know that my furbaby will Need to have haha) and was thinking... I wonder if anyone else does this color thing that I do... and I wonder what colors they pick and why.

I know there are not a lot of choices on colors, patters, designs, etc and the normal pet stores....try this ladies site on ebay. She makes fabric collars that are very strong. She has many different styles to choose from and a lot for all of the holidays. The collars are very reasonably priced as well. Good luck with the search.

We got Odie a BRIGHT ORANGE puppy collar and lead it actually suits him perfectly. I have a picture in my gallery.

Atlas looks good in red and orange. He has an orange Harley Davidson collar and leash.

Joe wears red. His daddy is a HUGE UofL fan so he has a red Cardinal collar!

I think he would look cute in blue too but that color is a no no in my house (UK), huge rivalry!

Black & Orange

My Shooter is a fairly darker brindle. When I first got here I went out and bought a nice leather Harley Davidson collar - with orange stiching and steel studs all the way around it.

Well she's finally grown big enough to wear it and boy, she's the cutest thing I've ever seen. She should model it for Harley Davidson. LOL

Champ is a flashy fawn and he is SO handsome in Red!!! I always tell him he is so pretty...he has the cutest red hoodie...and red collars, sweater, etc. I also love black.

I love the really bright neon pinks on ShaKira the most However, she looks great in any color. Hey when you have a boxer they are just so naturally beautiful that a simple collar of any color is going to look great

So glad you posted this thread; I was having a hard time seeing what 'goes' with fawn?!
And, I've done the same with my horses- red for dk bay, blue for grey, hunter green for my chestnut. hehe.
So, I settled on hunter green for Maia too ... Not very girl-y! but she looks pretty spiffy!! Sam, who is black, looks equally good in red or royal blue.

Gracie looks very pretty in greens and reds, though I think black works well too--just not very feminine!
