We're new!!

Hi im Jessica new to boxer world. I have a wonderful new boxer---Tyson---8 wks old. I can already see he's gonna be a great friend..we're having so much fun together. This is my first puppy i would appreciate it if anyone has any advice....thanks alot

I first came to this site when Rock was a new puppy and I have gotten the best advice here. The first and undoubtably the best advice I got was about choosing a premium dog food. There a tons of threads about that and if you haven't decided on a food, or if you are unsure about the quality of what you are feeding, use the search function to read about it.

I would never have known...I know many dog owners and very few use the best foods.

Welcome Jessica and baby Tyson. You will find tons of wonderful advice and very caring people here. I agree one of the best things I did here was to research in the nutrition forums, there is a lot of great info and ideas to keep your baby healthy and happy. And of course one good piece of advice is to be patient. Sometimes it feels like one step forward two steps back with potty training or other things, but just be patient and your pup will amaze you with how fast he will learn and want to please you!
