pimples
I had never heard of a dog having pimples...until I brought it up to my vet and he said it is not uncommon at all to see boxer dog's with pimples. They are small skin colored bumps...kinda looks like where a whisker was trying to push out, I had first thought!
My vet had suggested a couple of things to me. Try cleaning their upper and lower muzzle with some anti-bacterial soap, making sure you are using a stainless steel or glass bowl and maybe changing their food up a bit...not brand, but if they are on beef maybe change them to chicken etc.
