Weird head shape

This little girl came into the shelter in my county today and we visited her. The staff feels she is a purebred boxer. Her head seems very "horsey" to me for lack of a better word to describe it. Her stop is not pronounced at all and she doesn't have very much of a dewlap. This is not the greatest pic either to show what I mean--I wish I had a profile shot.Could she be a mix or is she just very bad conformationally? I thought I read something about a term for this type of head in a book about conformation once but I cannot find it. Is there a term used to describe this type of head?

She has a long muzzle for a boxer and I'm not sure that she is undershot (lower jaw protuding beyond the upper), so her head shape isn't really correct but it isn't easy to be sure whether or not she is a mix. I would lean slightly toward believing her to be purebred. LOL - not sure that's especially helpful to you though. Either way, she's a pretty girl!

i'd say pure, just poorly bred. but she definately is a cutie! i hope she finds a great home.
