Another Update
Sorry it's been so long since I last updated. I had to go to Florida for my sisters wedding. The wife stayed home with Weiley and she said he was just fine. He had to go in daily for bandage changes and everyday they got smaller and smaller, kinda funny the same girl does his changes everyday and she's been changing colors of the outer wrap so everyday the wife would call me and tell me what color he was that day, word of advise guys never leave your male dog with the wife and a female vet tech, on monday the tech ran out of colors so she cut purple hearts and stuck them under hot pink
so that's what i came home to last night luckily I have to take him in tonight so we'll see if we can get a black wrap with some skulls or something :p :p. But in any case he's doing great he's chasing the cats around again and he hops around just fine, he even came up the stairs last week when we were packing, he was sleeping on his bed, we went upstairs to finish packing my things and we heard thump thump thump turned around and there he was. But in any case thanks for all the replies they really helped me and Weiley get thru this

Just a quick update. He is now bandage fee and the DR removed the stitches from his surgery. He's doing good for the most part we brought him home and the vet send a cone home for his head so that he didn't lick the leg and the scabs, well he did so good when we brought him home that we didn't think he need to wear the cone while we were at work since he never once tried to lick his leg when we were there so we taped a sock to his leg as the vet suggested and went to work, but by the time I got home he had removed the sock and licked his leg clean =( It doesn't appear he licked it excessively just so all the dead skin was gone, (that couldn't have tasted good huh?) but in any case the vet said just watch it and if it starts to look funky to bring him in but today he has the cone on his head and the neighbor just went to check on him and while he gave her the big sad eye's he seemed to be adjusting to the cone. But he's healing and he's able to put weight on it at least for a little bit but I don't know if it's that his leg hurts or he just hates wearing a sock well thanks for listening and thanks for all the support I'll keep updating if there's still an interest
