My girl will be two tomorrow and weighs in at 53 lbs... she is a petite little thing and I think she is perfect. From what I understand about breed standard she is right where she needs to be. Besides with Cody at 70 lbs and her at 53 lbs it truly adds up when they are both in my lap 123 lbs is quite enough dog.
Cody grew very slowly he didn't reach his max weight until he was almost 3 if that makes you feel any better. Aniah on the other hand grew like a lightning weed. She hit 50 lbs before she hit 1 and then she just quit growing.

Don't worry too much! Sky is 10.5 month and weighs 41 pounds. She went to the vet yesterday and the vet said her weight is perfect for her size and age.
