He is def part mastiff. I think he could be part boxer - but he does have a lab look too. I guess size will tell you part lab or part boxer later in life He is so cute!!!


After a second look I think he is part mastiff part boxer- He has the boxer ears and wrinkly forehead. The mastiff traits are dominating.

I agree completely. I do not see pit or boxer. I definately see the mastiff/lab mix though.

hmmmm...I don't really think I see alot of boxer in him at all, but I could maybe go with some mastiff....there is a mastiff mix that goes to our dog park--I believe it is mixed with Amer. Bulldog--and I can maybe see a resemblance to that...

he is a cutie pie though, whatever the mix! just thank god there's no "doodle" in there!

She got him from a shelter. he was on pet finder for a little while. she says she got papers on him but i don't know how legitimate those papers are. She is very skeptical about him being a boxer/mastiff mix but she was hoping he was b/c she really fell in love with my jackson that she wanted a boxer or at least half boxer. I'm enjoying everyones opinions....i knew this was the right place to go!!

I can't see any boxer at all in him but he is a cutie pie.
My brothers got a mastiff and he doesn't look much like him either.

I am usually good at this and I am not really certain as to what I see in him. I think with age it will become easier to tell. He is adorable though!

my dad has 2 english mastiffs and i dont see any mastiff in him at all. besides the color. he doesnt have the mastiff features at all. his snout is too long to be boxer/mastiff mix.(but im no expert ) he is so cute anyway whatever he is.
