Boxer Insane
I have seen this beautiful brindle walking around our apartment complex with her owner a couple of times, and today as we were driving up, they walked past us. We jumped out and Asia was crying to get to the other Boxer (almost like she knew)! The guy was on the phone so I figured he wouldn't say anything to us, but turned around and I heard him say "There's another Boxer!" and he got off the phone.
Turns out the beautiful brindle baby is Josie (sp?) and she is a 10 month old rescue. She has beautiful coloring and her and Asia get along GREAT!
Asia has never had the chance to play with a Boxer and it's so strange how they just understood each other. With my friends' Shar-pei, when Asia boxes him, he gets mad and holds on to her ear until she will stop; but Asia and Josie just 'box-ed' away while him and I talked about Josie's background, Asia's background, training, crating, Kong's and all that fun Boxer related stuff! It was adorable!
Hopefully we will stay in touch with Josie and her owner (I didn't catch his name, as vice versa, I think we were just really excited to see another Boxer) so we can let them play some more! I just love meeting Boxer people! :D
