So sorry to hear about the rough time you had with Junior- We had a similar experience years ago with a female Rott/Dobe mix. She was a very very dominant female. It's never a good situation when your dog is aggressive to that extent- :(

Thanks all!! She got spayed yesterday, so she was a little down... until about 3 hours ago!

We went to the vet this morning for a complete check-up. They gave us some meds, and she is feeling much better tonight. We had our neighbor bring their boxer over tonight for a few minutes, and Cali perked right up. She was wiggling like crazy, and she's been in great spirits ever since. She is finally eating and drinking again. And she has started playing with her toys. She loves the squeeky toys. What a difference a day makes.

We are glad to have her. She is going to make a great pet.
