I am so sorry you lost your baby. It is so hard to lose one of our babies because they are our children. Clover is running pain free with all of our babies at the Rainbow Bridge,chasing butterflies and laying in the beautiful tall grass. I'm sure my Abby was there to give her lots of kisses. I am so very sorry for your loss...Losing a fur baby is so very hard....the depths of grief that follows such a loss is a long journey,and you can always come here to talk,because you will always be with friends who understand what you are going through...and I also believe that we will be reunited someday with those we loved...I hope in time you will be comforted by that...I will hold you in my thoughts and prayers...

I just wanted to Thank everyone for the kind words. They did help but it is very hard I'm glad that I could come here and talk with people that understand. I would have wrote sooner but my computer has it's on moods on when it wants to work. It was a week yesterday. It wasn't the easiest of days. My older daughter is having a hard time with this. And it seems like my oldest boy boxer (Diesel) is having a hard time with it. He has really bad days were he doesn't even want to be bothered. He's 3 but didn't ever spend a day without his Clover. And she was only 4. Then we have Autumn she is 7 month. It isn't bothering her much because she is to young to understand.
But again Thank all of you for the kind words and listening.

I'm so very sorry that you lost your sweet Clover, especially to such a horrible tragedy. Of course our dogs are family, people who say they are 'just dogs' have never been blessed to have one of these amazine animals in their lives so of course they cannot possibly understand.
Give your daughter a hug from me, each of my sons took a very long time to get over it whenever we lots a pet, from hermit crabs to a much beloved boxer. It's brutal for them I know, but love and devotion brings grief that often takes quite a while to get over. Please give her all the time she needs and let her know that whatever time frame she needs is okay.
