Boxer Insane
It was a gorgeous day yesterday, so I decided to take the boys for a walk before I went to work. We walked our normal way and I was having a blast looking at all the neighborhood dogs (most of them are only out when it's a nice day, so it was the first time I'd seen many of them). We were three houses from home when I saw a gorgeous flashy fawn boy in a backyard! I'm sure he lives inside because I'd never seen him before. His owner was outside, so I asked him how old his boxer is (he spoke very little English, so I had to ask him in Spanish). His boxer is 2 and I believe his name is Casey (I couldn't really understand what his owner called him). It was a perfect ending to a nice walk! I can't believe we've been living 3 doors down from such a handsome boy for 4 months and we didn't even know it!
To top things off, Beau's girlfriend, Gretchen, is coming tonight to stay with us until Sunday. I don't know who gets more excited to see her, Bailey, Beau or me. We spoil her rotten. She gets to sleep in the big bed at my house! She even gets to go with us to my parents' house tomorrow. We're going to have so much fun!
I can't believe what luck we've had this week!
