Warm Up!!!

Indy is soooo happy! It's actually 26 deg. today, even the wind chill is up to 14 deg. Add to that the 6.6" of snow last night, expecting another 3-4 before noon. He is out there doing the kangaroo hop, running with his face in the soft fluffy snow.

One very happy, happy dog!

How cute. Glad you got a little warmer day or days I hope. I hate it when it is so stinking cold. When you can see your fur babies breath it's to dang cold. Hope you guys get to have lots of snowy fun!!

Oh, I`m jealous. I wish we could get a good snow storm in this part of New England. Any little bit of snow we had, dissappeared with all the heavy rains today. My dogs love to romp in the snow!!!

I haven't seen a winter like this in decades!! Nice to hear Indy's having some fun in the snow, love it when they look like little rabbits running through it!

Cooper is going to be happy today, he just doesn't know it yet, but we are heading to the dog park in a little while for a playdate with one of his friends from puppy class. It is actually almost 60 degrees and sunny today after a week of freezing weather, rain and sleet. Yuck.

I wish the sun would come out here. We just finished shoveling two feet of fresh snow! We cannot see the top of the fence anymore, and my dog disappears out in the yard. We have run out of places to put all this white stuff!!

It warmed up a little here the other day and the boys went outside and sunbathed! I don't think any of us can wait any longer for warmer weather!

:eek: I really do enjoy the snow, but I've gotta admit, that's a bit much for even me.

Indy keeps taking his fresh bone outside, leaves it in the snow and then cries from inside the house to be allowed to go and get it. Of course he then acts like it's brand new again, not hours old. I have no idea what this is about, but I'm glad that he hasn't dropped it in a drift yet, always close to the house and easy to find. Silly dog.

Hearing these threads, I am so thankful to live in Texas! I wouldn't know what to do in the snow! It's about 70 here right now
