Wanting to Adopt a boxer

Oh really .......I think I seen them yeah he does look like a boxer that is for sure ..Someone probably just never docked the tail (or took it to a vet) that is why they are saying he looks like a mix...I am going to look to see how far it is ...Thanks agian...Allison

P.S. As to my comment earlier yeah maybe you guys are right about the rescue thing.......It's just that I put my application in a couple of weeks ago and no response.....and I am a very good person who takes care of my animals sooooooo......

Good luck!!! All three of them that are there are very cute. I hope that it's close by for you. We drove about 6-7 hours to Cleveland to get Zander and it was well worth it.:D

Sometimes with the rescues you might need to do a follow up on your application. It might be busy or someone might be out of town ect... Don't count them out.

Keep in mind that Boxers may last "longer" in rescue than a shelter for many reasons. The biggest is that they are not euthanized simply because they have been here too long. As a group we try to find the BEST family for our Boxers in care...not just the first one that comes along. I know I speak for many rescues out there! If you have any questions or concerns about your local rescue groups, contact them. We enjoy answering the questions...it means people know we're here and that we get a chance to get the message out.

Most Rescue groups could also use some hands volunteering...if you share a passion for Boxers...I urge you to find your local group and find out what you can do to help the Boxers in your area escape the hardships that come with ending up in inappropriate homes or shelters.
