Want to buy a new collar

I am looking for a new collar for Yankee. I want it to be cool and different. If anyone knows of a good website, I would love to know about it.

Yankee got a new camouflage collar for Christmas but he ruined it! I took it off to give him a bath. Then I had to take a shower since I was soaked from “the Boxer Bath”. I left the new collar on the counter and Yankee thought it was a new chew toy. I guess I was to blame, I swear you have to watch them constantly. Oh well, my life would seem so boring without a boxer!!!

I would appreciate any help I can get with finding a new collar.

I got a pink and white polkadotted collar for my Jasmine from http://www.tartanhound.com/, they have some really great designs that are uncommon!! Their collars are VERY good quality and have wonderful colors that never fade!!

What i have done in the past.

You can use your search engine and type in dog collars. All the sites that i have saved are Girlee collars.

i, too, would be interested in hearing suggestions on collars (brands) that are durable, good looking, easily washable, unique, etc.... that's something a search engine can't help you with. personal experience is what i think is being asked for by the original poster, not just a way to find collars in general.

I've been searching for the cool and unquie too! I came across this website www.pawprintzpetboutique.com they have some really really neat ones! Even playboy bunny ones (hubby thought those were cute).. They are pretty pricey, but oh so cute!

Another note on TartanHound.com collars... I contacted this business about donating some collars and leashes to be used as raffle gifts for SCBR fundraisers and they were more than willing! They are mailing me out some and were excited to help such a good cause... I thought I would pass that along since I love supporting a business thats so eager to help Boxer Rescue!!
I get tons of compliments on Jasmine's betsy polka dot collar, but the website has a lot of male designs too!

Update: She's even going to put a link to our rescue group up on their website to promote our rescue!!! Boy I LOVE businesses like this!!

Tae has a Lupine collar. I believe they will send you a new one, should the collar be destroyed for any reason. Their website is lupine.com, but I believe you must order from someone else (they don't sell directly). Their website has links to websites for purchase. I used dogpack.com b/c I found it to be the cheapest. I received the collar within 3 days and believe I chose US Postal Service or the cheapest shipping option (can't remember too well).

Lupine collars are really neat, as they have designs woven in. Here's a pic of Tae with her Lupine on:

Ebay has some neat ones. There is one store on there that makes their own and will sew the dogs name into the collar....

2 of mine have collars made by bison. they sell them @ petco & they have a website I think its bisondesigns.com. They are very durable. Antigone has the greatful dead bears & Thom has suns & moons.
