He just turned 4 months old last Wednesday. :D
I don't know if she just felt like she could because she was his breeder or if she does it to all the dogs that come thru the shop.
I guess I should also mention she cut 50% of his fur off without telling me. He is SO cold when we go outside. Poor guy. He was so tramitized, he just slept til Noon on Sunday wouldn't play or anything :( (well, he also threw up a knee high nylon sock- which I don't even OWN! :eek:

OH MY!!! :eek: Please give Luca a kiss from Mason and me. I can't believe this woman is a breeder! It is also shocking since you did your homework and to have something like this happen. Some people!

You could also report her to the Better Business Bureau since she is a groomer too and she may be treating other animals this way. What is with the nylons? Was she not watching Luca at all while he was in her care? Mason is crated at his groomer when they're not working with him.

Luca is not a boxer, she said so in a post above.


Anyway I think like everyone else that this woman's elevator doesn't run to the top floor. I would stay away from her also. Can you imagine how Luca was treated before you got him since this was his breeder? I would report her as she is probably mistreating the other dogs that she grooms, you would be doing a lot of good for all those dogs and maybe for the ones yet to be born that she intends to sell. Give Luca kisses and hugs from Shakira and myself.

I'm setting here reading your post and my gut just flipped. I would be so mad the whole town would know it. My Abbie is hell on wheels when we go to the vet. But I know she would never be treated this way. (even though she puts the whole office through their paces) there is still no reason to treat an animal that way. I wonder if this person knows how nasty a human bite is and how dangerous they are. I would sure keep an eye out on his nose for infection. Lots of hugs and kisses from Abbie and Jake.
