My Macey was Nauseus and Vomit early this morning 1:30am, She was restless all night and keep waking me up to go outside to nibble some grass. After she vomit her un-digestive food she fell fast asleep, I was thinking maybe because after 15 minutes eating her dinner last night we immiedietly went for a walk and let her run around the park area. Normally I will wait 45min to 1hr after dinner. She woke up less energetic this morning took her out for a short walk, to do her business. Anyways she asked to be fed this morning (normally she eats around 5pm), Hopefully this is just a isolated incident, besides she has a vet visit tommorow.

Poor Macey! All dogs get upset tummies from time to time. I wouldn't be concerned unless it lasted for more than a day or two, or is accompanied with severe diarrhea, or seems in pain. Sending healthy ((vibes)) your way!

I gave her a teaspoon of Pepto Bismol (upon adviced of another boxer owner), and it helps settle her tummy. She was back to herself again. And we are off to her Vet visit today.

Every boxer I've ever owned had a very sensitive GI tract. I feed my Lulu at 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Lately I've had to give her a handful of food before she goes to bed or she gets me up to let her out to eat grass. I read on one of the blogs that it could be acid reflux and try giving her a little food before bedtime. Works like a charm. But with boxers I wouldn't worry about the occasional upset. If I saw any signs of blood or it was persistent, then I'd be concerned.
