Vet visit

[Austin's Mom]

Austin has been limping on that front paw for a couple of weeks now, and it's not getting any better. I don't see any swelling or anything, but dh insists on taking him to the vet. So he's going tonite at 6:00. He'll get his shots and check up at the same time so he doesn't have to go back a second time (hopefully) he's just so terrified of going there, and I'm terrified of what they are going to find. I've been crying all morning, I can't lose him, too. Please say a prayer for my baby, I'll update when he gets home. And he better come home.

Well Aussie is home! All 103 pounds of him. Yep, 103 pounds! Holy cow! She took blood from him to check his thyroid because of his age and weight gain. Well, I haven't really walked him since his toe surgery and he loves to eat! But it's ok, it won't hurt to have him tested. She couldn't find anything wrong with his paw, but did give me anti-inflammatory meds for him. Other than that he is doing ok! I am sooooo happy I can't put it into words.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, I'll let ya know when I get the blood test results. She said probably by Monday. I gotta go hug my baby now!
