VERY annoyed with TimberWolf Organics

I'd switched Bama over to TimberWolf a few months ago, and it's been working very well for him.
I placed an order on Sept 27th for a new bag of food, and still haven't received it yet. I e-mailed them last week and got no response. I've called 3 times this week and no one has returned my calls. The phone number listed on their website is an order line only, and the customer service reps are pretty much useless, because they can't track your order. All they can do is send a message to corporate and someone is supposed to call you back.
I'm FURIOUS right now.

Just wanted to make you all aware of this so that you can avoid this hassle....

We switched to Timberwolf Ogranics also and was a little fustrated with the problems with ordering online. I work state of the area so I picked up the bags when I traveled. Bo also did not do very well on the W&N formula.

We switched to Back To Basics and have been very pleased with Bo on it. Additionally the price is reasonable and web ordering is great. You can also set up an auto ship account and not worry about ordering.
