My new 7 month old boxer (unneutered) has a small problem. While sleeping, he'll urinate on him self. Often, he'll wake up with a big wet spot in his kenel and we have noticed he 'drips' like faucet when he's sleeping. He's been to the vet twice now, but they cant find a cause. They did blood work, and kept him there for 12 hours to dehydrate him and see if his urine concentrates, which it did. So far, the only explanation they gave was it could be a Psycological problem? They did give us some antibiotics incase he's got an infection (urine test was negative) that the test didnt show. We also moved up his neutering appointment to see if that'll help.
My wife just thinks since he sleeps so hard, that he cant quite control it? It is really tough to wake him up when he's sleeping.
It's tough just wondering what could be wrong.....

The previous owners claim they noticed the problem about a week before we got him (we have had him for 2 weeks now), but they thought it was from being in kenel too long.

We went through that, and still are. We had blood work done and everything else, and came to the conclusion that it is Urinary Incotinence. Payton ended up being on 2 pills a day for months. We started taking away her water 2 hours before we go to bed, and she gets more when we get home fom work. She does still pee in her crate and have accidents if we do not take her out all the time. But she only pees in the bed when I forget to put the toilet seat down! You may try parsley, I heard that could help but it didnt with us. Do a search for Urianary incontinence, and ask your vet. As Payton gets bigger, and after she was spayed, she is getting better. It just takes a while. I know how frustrating this is.
At least your little one sleeps in the crate at night, Payton sleeps with us. We were washing the bed and doing laundry EVERY night. It was awful, and she felt so bad. Watch thier licking....it can cause an infection. Pay always licked herself after an accidnet, she feels so bad. You have to try and stop that. Good luck and let me know if there is anything we can help with. It can get better though....ours is.

My Ali is almost 2 and sometimes after running and she's really tired she will pee on her bed while she sleeps. I asked the vet and was told it is not uncommon especially in females to pee after exercise or drinking a lot. Hope this helps.

Our Gibney had the same thing...

She took a pill called Proin once a day and it went away for the most part. It's a pretty common incontinence in females, but not sure about it with boys...

Elvis also did this around 7 months, we took him to the vets they could not find a cause, however it finally stopped. He used to do it so bad the whole of his bean bag woudl be drenched through to the floor! To stop it we used to wake him up around 3ish and let him out.

Maybe it is to do when they are young, Elvis only wets himself now when he is poorly.
