Urinated on my bed! HELP

We have a gourgous boxer named Harley. He is my baby...but yesterday, I found that he urinated on my bed! He has NEVER done this let alone had an accident in the house since he was 10 weeks old. He even sleeps with us at night. Why would he do this? Would having him neutered help? Wondering if it might have something to do with my "time of the month"...although there was no noticable blood on the bed....I can't believe he did this...I am so disappointed in him.

What can I do?

hi this is teri and bendew the boxer in texas, i have seen males do that if they were upset with mom and dad, but to be safe you might want your vet to see him if he does it a gain.sorry if thats not much help. good luck.

urinated on my bed to!

I have a 6 month old boxer and he to sleeps with me. I looked up and there he was staring at me while he took the longest pee any dog could take. It was almost as if he was grinning while he peeing. Trust me I know your frustration becasue Jasper dosen't have accidents in the house anymore either. I spoke to some people and it probally os because they are mad. Even though he sleeps with me at night he knows that the bed is mine and not his. I totally know what your going through. But for Jasper it has been a one time thing.

It can be a "revenge" thing, or they could have a bladder infection. If you notice the dog is drinking and urinating more than "usual" I would have him checked by a vet to see if he has a bladder or UT infection.

Hooligan does this also when he is upset with us, although not on our bed as all the bedroom doors are shut when we leave him. He never does this on a work day, but he alwasy knows when its the weekend, and normally at the weekend he is with us all day and we bring him just about everywhere we can over the weekend. But if for some reason we have to do something at the weekend and he just cannot come (which is not often) he will pee on the kitchen floor two minutes after we leave just to let us know he is not supposed to be left home alone on the weekends. Its hard to get mad with him though when he does it
