Upset tummy on raw

I thought I read something about skin being related to dogs getting pancreatitis... could be wrong bit that us what made us take skin off..

I took the skin off Gus's chicken and game hens for at least three months when he was a baby, but he had runny poop even getting bone at every meal. When he finally had solid poop I VERY gradually left more and more skin on. I still cut off the excess fat and some skin from his chicken quarters. If I fed him more chicken quarters he'd be fine but I prefer to give him more red meat when I can so his poop is all over the board. I just deal with it.
