Hi All,
Its been almost a month now and I just wanted to let everyone know that I did what I thought was best for Misty, and Myself.
I fell madly in love and she is now a permanent part of my family!
She has such a sweet personality, loving, concerned, goofy, crazy, yet calm, and gentle. My female Olive and her are getting along great now. Misty established her dominence, Olive has never challenged it and they are fine. She gets along great with my male, Vega. Although she likes to show him whose boss by humping him at least once a day ;-I
Misty is bonding very well with my family. I am pleased to say that she is especially bonding to me. She has become my shadow. She follows me everywhere. I am never alone now that I have her. My other two are each others shadows and don't shadow me.
She has gone to the vet and came out with a clean bill of health with the exception of very dirty ears. She has ear cleaner and ear drops. I think I can deal with that!
I was doing obedience with my daughter and our dogs when we got Misty so I signed her up for beginner agility. We had our first class on Thursday and although she is scared of the tunnels we had a great time together.
I think that if I lived in town that three would be super crazy and drive me mad. LOL. but I live out of town and have a huge yard. With lots of room to run, and regular play times together as well as individual one-on-one time. Three, no problem!
