Erin, I know what a tough time you are in. Try not to worry to much about what it is to come and enjoy the good days Romie has left. I know there is a lot of anxiety when you are going thru this. You have friends here that have gone thru this and understand how tough it is so feel free to share your feelings. You are not alone. I had to help my boxer girl Faith to the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago. We also fought the lymphoma and I had the same feelings you express.
You are doing all you can for Romie. Romie's has done a wonderful job of being a loving pet here on Earth. His work is almost done but your love for him and wonderful memories will live on. Dogs do not fear death, they just enjoy the love, companionship and food while they are here! Hugs and prayers being sent your way.
