Boxer Pal
WOW, 3 days at home and I cant believe what a well behaved little "jellybean" we have. After the first night of crying and yelping we gave in a little and let him sleep with us on our bed (since he will end up doing that when he is older anyway :)) He has been an angel. No problems at all. When he needs to go to the toilet he wakes up, gives our hair a tug, maybe a "box" on the head or just licks our face to get us to wake up and take him outside. He does his thing then its back to bed, no problems. Im in shock.
We have also just seen the "jelly beaning" thing that he does when he gets all excited.......so cute.
Boxers really are very smart......i didnt believe it at first but I've come full circle lol.

Glad to hear that he is adjusting so well, lucky you! ;) I started putting Koa in the bed when I first brought him home & now at 9 months I wished I never did that!

Around my house it's "Jellybeaning", too. My DH never can remember which bean it was supposed to be, so it has always been Jellybeaning with Balboa. Love those jellybeans!!! :D

Sweet Ginny

Super Boxer
Your little baby is just precious!!

Has he done a "boxer burn" yet? Ginny is my first boxer and the first time she burned around the living room I had no idea what she was doing. I was laughing so hard I nearly peed my pants!! BF was out of town and I called him to tell him about it. He told me his old boxer used to do that too--it wasn't until I got on here that I found the term for it!

Let us know the first time he burns! :) One of my favorite boxer traits!

BTW - It's Kidney-Bean, not Jelly.
 well maybe a jellly bean with such a young puppy. I can just picture a grown boxer and a puppy both doing the kidney bean at the same time but the little guy looks like a jelly bean.
