Undercovers or on top

All you lucky enough to share your bed with a boxer. Do yours sleep under the covers or on top?

When we brought Reba home, she slept with my son. She is "his" dog and he wanted to cuddle with her. She did really well and only had a couple of accidents. But, being a typical teen, he is up way later than the Reba Dog. He got tired of having to go to bed by 10pm, so Reba started out with DH and I. My son would come and get her when he went to bed. Eventually, Reba got tired of this, and revolted and came right back over to our room. I thought DH would say no, but he loves to cuddle with her as much as I do.

But now that it is so cold at night. I have tried to coax Reba under the covers, but she would rather sleep on top.

What do everyone elses babies do?

Definately on top of the covers. I have tried to get them under but I think they get too hot.

Tyson sleeps on top of the covers. He cuddles so close to me or DH that I think body heat alone keeps him warm enough.

Brandy starts on top, but as the night gets colder, she nuzzles me until I let her under the covers.

Tae typically sleeps on top, pressed tightly against me. We have had some very cold nights the past months and she has slept under the covers a couple times. It so cute when she's under there! She's not usually under for too long, though, b/c I have a down comforter and it gets very hot.

In the summers he is on top, but my bed is right up next to my window. Louie always sleeps on the right side, lower half of my legs so his head is right about where my ankles are. He twirls about three times, and on the third twirl, I have my down comforter all ready to cover him. So he sleeps under it with me. He keeps me warm, I keep him warm. Good trade I think. Except... when he lets one rip under the covers!!!!!

Siren never sleeps under the covers - she hates it when anything is over top of her. I think she gets too hot.
