We had constant colitis for the first 6 months we had Hurricane, and fairly often (two weeks out of every month or so) after that. We had him on meds to help off and on, but we finally determined that it was indeed his food. When he got super stressed about anything, it went from normal diarreah to bloody. We went through several of the grain free options before we found one that did the trick. I am happy to say that we have been diarreah free for about 3 months now!I know as it has been mentioned that some colitis sufferers never do well on kibble and do need homecooked or raw diets. We got lucky in that we found a kibble that Hurricane could tolerate. Best of luck to you and your baby!
Thank you for your encouragement. What is the name of the kibble that worked for you? We are looking into James Wellbeloved( as mentioned by another poster) but want to have names of others in case we need to try more..
