Two puppies can definitely be more difficult than one. The puppies will tend to bond with each other and not with yourself. This may not happen in your case because you have already had Winston for a while.

If you do get them both it is very important than you spend one on one time with them individually and make sure that they are used to being by themselves.

I have 3 and couldn't imagine a moment without one of them My first two are a year apart which is nice because I hadn't forgotten what it was like to have a puppy when we brought Brutus home. We got our 3rd one in March 2006 and it had been three years since we had a puppy in the house and I had forgotten how much work it was. I would always recommend more than one because for each additional one you have it brings you 10 times the pleasure.

My recommendation is to be aware of and do some research on Litter Mate Syndrome. I don't think you have to worry about it so much with a boxer because they love their humans so much.
