Tyson has a new friend???

I thought I would show Tyson his image in the bathroom mirror. I thought it would be fun to see his reaction. Its so fun that now Tyson looks in on his mirror image friend several times a day :rolleyes:

Really, I don't mind that he's so taken with this mirror self of his. I just can't stand the constant barking conversation he has with him. They argue all the time! I don't know whats being said, but what ever mirror image says, it always sets Tyson off. He has to get away from him as quick as possible, 0 to 60 in two seconds flat, three, four laps around the house and he's ready for more! :rolleyes:

[Maggie's Mommy]

LOL - boxers and mirrors always make for a good laugh or two. Maggie discovered the "other boxer" when she passed my full length mirror. She was about 6 months old when she saw herself for the first time. The hair on her back stood straight up and she barked and carried on something terrible with all her yipping and barking. After she relized that the other dog wouldn't bother her, Maggie became more friendly and would walk up to the mirror and actually give puppy kisses to the other boxer. What really freaked Maggie out was when she saw the mommy "in stereo". She kept looking at me, then back at the mommy in the mirror, then back at me...all the while trying to figure out how to get to the other mommy.

At my house we have one wall that is basically a mirror wall. Rocky first saw the "other" when he was big enough to jump on the couch and look over. WELL! The first time was hilarious and I will never forget it. He was just learning to jump up on the couch when he stood up and peeked over it. He was face to face with his image and the little guy freaked! , he yapped (sorry, I mean "barked" :rolleyes: ) at it and in doing it he kind of fell back and of the couch :rolleyes:

Too precious, but now he loves it and will sit there starring at himself like the little premadonna that he is :D

OMG this is hilarious! Trinity is used to seeing herself int he mirror at our house, but over the weekend we were walking and we walking past a business that had mirrored windows. Well she flipped!!! She stood there, perfectly still for about 10 minutes! She was barely blinking!!! I think she finally figured out it was herself when I walked up to her and she saw me in the mirror!

You know, we have a boxer in our oven. Every time Clyde goes over there, this boxer just shows up, right there, inside the oven!!!

LOL, I took Tyson over to moms this past Sunday and I just got done telling her about his mirror image friend when Tyson walked by her oven, OMG, he started barking and my mother saw first hand what I was talking about. She just thought that was the funniest thing!

This is too funny because we have 2 Boxer's in the oven too. I remember when Kali 1st saw herself. She looked at the 'other' Boxer for about 10 minutes, turning her head crooked and everything. It was great. We also have a mirror in our hallway that they love. You can sit on the couch and look down the hallway. It's great to watch them get excited about the 'other' dogs that live with us, hehe.

Oskar loves looking at himself! It's like he knows he is the most hansomest boxer!:D When we go for walks past windows or mirrored doors he has to stop and stare at himself!!! He cracks me up!!!
