There is a 3 year old white female Boxer at the North Side Shelter and a 1 1/2 year old brindle male at the Fallen Timber Shelter.

We adopted Mina from the Humane Society 2 months ago. If DH and I did not both work full time jobs, I'd gladly adopted two more.

Wow! I was surprised at the price to adopt. I am originally from NE PA and our the humane societies were about $50/$90 over in that area. That Boxer Boy is beautiful. He looks like a bundle of energy. I guess it could deter someone from getting a pet that really could not afford to care for the pet. But it seems that with the shelters being so over crowded they might make it a little less expensive to adopt.
