Ok so my bf has been training (trying) Chance to balance treats on his nose. He has been using peanuts because they are small enough to fit right on top of his nose. Anyways tonight he was getting the peanuts to show me the trick and Chance was in my lap(just got home from work so we were having mommy and me time) so bf was making a big deal about the peanuts oohing and aahing, eating and savoring them and Chance started to drool  Now mind you I am aware it is a Boxer trait but I swear in the almost 4 years we have had him he has never done this. Needless to say we were beside ourselves we were laughing so hard and Chance was looking at us like we were complete loons :) One of those wish you had a video camera moments, anyways I hope you all get as much of a laugh about this as we did ;)

It's funny how sometimes, even my non-drooler will develop a puddle on the floor with the right snack or temptation! I too wish I had a camera most of the time.

Drooling always makes us laugh too, Ty hardly ever does it, but before every meal, exactly one drop of drool falls to the floor. It's hilarious

That is the one of the only things that makes Indy drool too! Too funny, he simply could not hold his body still enough to handle this trick until he was almost 3 years old, now he's the master at it. But he drools an absolute puddle. I use the stinkiest, smelliest treat I can find, I swear he's going cross-eyed trying to watch, make sure it goes no where wackicon but he will wait until I relase him to go for it! Attaboy! appicon

That's not animal cruelty is it? I've always thought of it as just entertaining myself......foolicon
