Foreman will drink out of the toilet if his bowl is empty I close the bathroom doors when we are out to limit water intake or there is pee all over if we aren't home. I do that too if I want to relax and watch a movie or else I am getting up every 10 minutes to let him out. So I cut him off.

LMAO--that is soo disgusting yet it cracked me up! I am guessing this is part of the reason he is your EX-bf! LOL

Yeah that and many other reasons I won't bore you with but he was the biggest liar I've ever known. I just chalk it up to a valuable lesson learned.

Here's another reason to close the lid-- I was watching Primetime one night and they were doing a story on the germs you find in most houses. They used a special camera that showed the spew of micro droplets coming out of the toilet when you flush it. It was like a high powered mist that settled on pretty much everything in the bathroom. Now that's super gross!

my baby boy cat drinks toilet water, it is so gross! I tell my family until I am blue in the face to put the lid down but they just won't do it...I definately need a sign!

I was thinking about puttin our girls pictures up and something like "Don't be as rude as our girls, put the lid down" with the pic of them drinking out of our toilet. BUt I dont want it to pertray that our girls are bad....they just have small bladders!!
I am glad I am not the only one who goes through this. I was laughing soooo hard at pearl, I am sorry but I can see our kitties doing that....
I will have to look at that sign on EBay later, my work blocks the EBay site :(

My Beau used to drink out of the toilet when we were in the apartment. I think he did it because his water was dirty (we changed it every morning) now that we are in a house he doesnt ....at all. He does have 2 water bowls now.

Funny thing is................ he LOVES bottled water
