Throwing Up and allergies

Nessa has some sort of allergies, at this point I am not sure to what but I am trying to figure that out. Initially I was feeding her Wellness but found she was constantly itchy and chewing her feet, so I did some research on what premium foods recommended by the WDJ are geared towards dogs with allergies, so we gradually switched her to Pinnacle Trout & Sweet Potato – she has been on that a couple of months now and no improvement or change. So I am now going to try Natural Balance Duck & Potato (it contains no corn, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, or sunflower oil) I have been adding a small amount of this to her food for 2 days now, but last night she spent a large part of the evening throwing up – she is fine this morning and ate her breakfast no problem. Is this a sign that the Natural Balance is disagreeing with her, and should I not even bother trying to switch her on to it, or should I continue with it and see how it goes?

FYI - My Molly is allergic to sweet potato & chicken and beef. It could be the potato. May I suggest going with a Lamb based food. Molly is on Azmira lamb w/ no problems.

Are they food allergies? Or contact or environmental/inhaled allergies?

Some foods do drive yeast growth up that often manifests itself in itchy feet and ears. Grains are a huge culprit which make up most of every bag of dog food.

Do they worsen with the seasons, things that bloom, mold/moisture, etc?

Did your vet have any suspicions of what is causing her allergy?

allergies and sensitive skin

Well we didn't have a lot of trouble with our white boxer's skin, even though it would look red at times, but we did have the vomitting problem. Almost everytime he ate he would throw up, it was hit or miss.

Pro Plan just put out a food called Senstive stomach and skin. I believe its fish based. Its worked wonderfully for us, he does not throw up now and his skin doesn't look nearly as irritated as it did at times before..

Allergies

I desperately need help. My 1 1/2 year old boxer started licking and chewing her paws about 1 month ago. I took her to the vet and was told she has some type of allergy, but to what, she could only guess. I now have her on a allergy medication, twice a day and a spray to apply when she is chewing. It has gotten a little better, but not stopped completely. I have having to give her medication for so long................ I feed her nutro dry and add a can of mighty dog to it, because she is a very fussy eater and likes the canned food. However, she hates the nutro canned. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do besides having my little girl on medication all of her life. Thanks

At this stage I don't know if its a food allergy, contact or inhaled. We have only had Nessea for 4 months so its too early to know if its seasonal.

When I discussed it with the vet, she was not very helpful so I plan to bring her to a different vet.

Its definetly a yeast thing becuase I can get a yeast smell from her. But its mostly her feet and face and body, her ears are fine.

Its very frustrating try to figure it out :(
