Threw up/ Then weird noise

My little guy Zeus,

Was outside playing with our basset hound and we came inside and he was playing around for a bit with his toys and just kinda walking around. About 15 minutes after being inside he threw up a little bit of food...not alot...but a small amount. Then about 5-7 minutes later he was chewing on a toy...and he made this weird honking sound. Almost looked like he couldnt breathe, but he didnt pass out or anything. It was a weird sound. He did it 3 times... and i havent seen it again so far.

Just wondered about this sound that he made, and if its cause for concern? or has anyone else experience this?

Reverse sneeze maybe....

....sometimes they will do this after they're sick. And boxers do get tummy ickies more than any other breed I've ever had.

I know with Buddy, if he eats then goes outside and starts running and getting overheated, he throws up whatever he ate or drank. I keep him in for at least half an hour to let his stomach settle first.
