I found this on Petfinder, it is very sad and makes me very angry and I am sure it will do the same for any of you that read it. You may require a tissue! The story about Whittie starts a little ways down.

Reading this did make me extremely angry at whoever could treat an animal this way, and alot of sadness for that poor boxer. I think that if it is ever discovered who did this, they should never be allowed again to have a pet, or a child for that matter. I am sure Whittie is very grateful to the rescue for his last few days here, probaly the best he ever had. He had the chance to know love.

How in the world could someone abandon their baby like that!
I just don't understand it. I love my fur babies, just like I do my skin family. I can't imagine leaving one of them to die!!
Its utterly unthinkable :(
