The Snarfer!

I have a snarfer here as well...LOL how funny :D

Tobee snarfs!!! He can't stand to be kept out of a room. He HAS to be included or in the same room as me. Our new foster girl snarfs too. I think it must be a "boxer trait".

My girls are snarfers, too! What a great word for that sound they make. We referred to them as walrus snorts, but snarfer is much better. Maggie snarfs us to sleep every night...zzzzzzzzz

That's funny! Yes, mine does the exact same thing! It just kills them to be left out of ANYTHING. He has to be involved in everything I do or else he gets upset.

DAisy does it too. If the door is unlocked, she snarfs, then paws it open, looks inside, makes certain its me (who else would it be???) and then walks away.

The BEST is at night, when I go into the bathroom to clean up before bed, she will walk past the door, settle herself to bed, get up, walk into the hall, give me a disgusetd look (why are you taking so LONG??) and go back to bed.

Then when I get into my bed and try and fall asleep, she makes these HUGE snarfing sighs from the floor (Like a horse does)!!

It's no wonder we love each other sooooo much! lovicon

Tenaia is definetly a snarfer! She sticks her toes under the door too and sometimes I just get a tongue! The whole tongue rolled out on the carpet under the door just laying there all wet!!! She opens doors too - actually so does Tess. And Tenaia can turn the gas on on the stove so I have to take all the knobs off if I'm not in the house (she is really into meal prep).

2 Snarf's here!!! Rayna and Joe do the same thing...Rayna is more like a bull though...she blow snot/air so loud out of her nose it is too funny!!

Benson can be added to the list of snarfers as well! He does this too... that is when he can't get the door open!

`Many, many years ago, when we were new boxer owners, our boy Knight "sucked" all the decorations off our Christmas tree!
Each morning we blamed the cat till one day we caught him in the act!
As he grew up he could just about suck the skin from our legs when we had been somewhere without him!

That's exactly how Buddy sounds, like a bull snorting through the little crack in the door (the rare occasions that it's shut)
