Do some research here on the Feeding forum... the food you are feeding now is not suppose to be very good (lots of filler and such). I'd bet that if you got a different dry food and stuck with it, she'd soon eat. She may just be waiting for you to give in and give her the treats or can. If she still won't eat, maybe have the vet look at her.

Purina beneful is a VERY low quality dog food. Has basically NO nutritional value. Iams foods are also not of great quality.
Try looking into a good quality dogfood with exceptional ingredients (like wellness, canidae, etc.)

Instead of the dry, untasty dog biscuits try natural treats such as cheese, baby carrots, celery, dried liver bits, etc.

And instead of wet food you could try adding yogart or cottage cheese to the dry food.

I'm sure your pup would enjoy these foods much better than all those canned and packaged foods.

Hope this helps some
:)

Have to agree with the others. Just look at the labels on the above treats.....YUK!

No doubt your baby will eat better if you give her a better food, again just look at the labels of Iams and Purina....EWWWWW!

Solid Gold Lamb Jerky/Tiny Tots

I would definately recommend getting a better quality food for your pup - my boy LOVES his Wellness. As far as treats go, I swear by Solid Gold Lamb Jerky and use the Solid Gold Lamb Tiny Tots when we're training. He loves when I stuff a few of those in his Kong and they're a lot better than 'grovery store' dry treats.

I'm fortunate to have a really excellent independent dog food shop near me that only sells WDJ recommended food and treats, but the Solid Gold Jerky can be bought online:

good luck!

Sam - roughly four years, rescue - is also superpicky. I'm going to get yelled at probably, but here goes. You can buy these really nasty treats in Wal-Mart. I have no idea what's in them, but they looked like little brown logs and they smell abominably. I mean just plain awful. We bought some once on a whim, and Sam went bananas. When we put regular buscuits into the bag and let the smell, ummm, permeate the buscuits, Sam went for the buscuits with great enthusiam. A lot of time it's the smell that counts.

And here is something else - Sam gets bored with plain food. If you combine two kind of good kibble - as long as the pieces don;t look the same - your doggie might enjoy it.
