Well finally we have bought Easy home and he is every bit as special as we knew he would be. So now we are trying to crate train him....I know you will all have been through this before. Last night I let him sleep on the sofa next to me and then today, every time he falls asleep I put him in his crate. He also gets fed in there and has a kong so he doesn't mind being in there at all. The trouble comes when I close the door - he has a total fit!!! The noises he can make, I have never heard such things before. It really sounds like he is talking and the howls he makes has us in fits of laughter - we just can't help it. My question is, do they stop??? in the end I went and laid next to the crate and then he was happy to go to sleep. He is there at the moment fast asleep with the door open. I am just worried that when we start going back to work he will howl the building down for the whole day (we live in an appartment).
Any advice?
