I believe "the look" is innate to the boxer breed. They may not have it it down as young pups, but it developes as they start to mature. And it is deadly. It is impossible to not lose to "the look".

I have yet to meet a boxer who has not mastered "the look".

Had to laugh at this, the "look"in our house is what we call the "I'm starving" stare/glare,which Waldo will turn on at 4pm!!!!!!!

I can just imagine how effective a look from the handsome Waldo could be. I would probally open all the cabinet doors and the fridge and let him take his pick of anything he would want. :)

The Look - Resistance is Futile

Who can resist? Maggie will look out the glass door (head on the arm of the sofa) and sigh heavily. It has been, of course, less than 10 minutes since she was last outside, but she is soooo hard done by! ;- )

Then there is the look - she needs a walk - she has never been on a walk (of course, it has only been a couple of hours since the last one!) How is it possible that they make us feel so guilty - even though we set everything else aside for them?

You know the one. It melts your heart and almost makes it hurt. I was getting that today from both of mine steady for about 3 hours. We went out and chased a ball, then we had a big love fest rolling around on the floor. Then back outside with me and my son for some running. Then they got almost my whole chicken breast and a cookie each. It has finally stopped, thank goodness. That much cuteness is really hard on a person.
I deep down believe that my two know how cute they are, and I am convinced that they pull out their secret weapon on purpose. It was bad enough when it was just my sweet Cody boy but now I have two of them and it is so overkill.
Just had to share. My pups are such cheaters.
