The "Look"

You know the one. It melts your heart and almost makes it hurt. I was getting that today from both of mine steady for about 3 hours. We went out and chased a ball, then we had a big love fest rolling around on the floor. Then back outside with me and my son for some running. Then they got almost my whole chicken breast and a cookie each. It has finally stopped, thank goodness. That much cuteness is really hard on a person.
I deep down believe that my two know how cute they are, and I am convinced that they pull out their secret weapon on purpose. It was bad enough when it was just my sweet Cody boy but now I have two of them and it is so overkill.
Just had to share. My pups are such cheaters.

Oh my Diesel does it all. He's got the look, the head rest, and he even throws in a couple of ultra-pathetic sighs. He's a triple threat all right. Triple threat at making me melt!!

Fellow BW member Dizzydogmom and I train our Boxers at the same facility. Yesterday, between classes, I saw her and her Boxer girl, Piper Ann, gave Piper a treat, and got THE LOOK. Sorry, Piper, I have two Boxers of my own, I know THE LOOK, and for the sanilty and well-bring of all involved, I am not giving you any more treats. It was hard, though, she is so darn cute, and she definitely knows how to show off that cuteness to the max.

I get THE LOOK when i'm either getting ready to go out or leave on a business trip. It crushes my heart and i end up leaving covered in little black boxer hairs from trying to love the look out of her before leaving.

Scooter has perfected the look for when he wants a car ride. He sits by the car, sighs and gives me the look. Another look to get the window down, and off we go. Always good for a ride around the block!

Ahhhhhh yes!!!!!!! THe infamous look!!!!! Are they master-minds, or what?!!!!!!! I need to figure out how to pull " a look" that works for me?!!!

This is what our Harley Girl does at bedtime. My bed is higher than her back, so I can only see her head if I'm in bed. She will put her chin on the bed and have the most pathetic look on her face because she wants me to pick her up so she doesn't have to jump! If I ignore her, she starts "huffing" to get my attention. Gets me every time.
