That is so sad: I feel so bad for you... :( Good for you for having the strength to do the right thing - and the courage to consider the feelings and the well-being of everyone involved. I'm sure it was a heart-braking decision... But you did the right thing - give Beasley lots of kisses, and hopefully Cali will get tones of love and attention at her new home too.
We can only try... and you did.

i know you cant help but feel bad but you did the best thing for them. it is doubtful that things would have got better. sending you and beasley sloppy boxer kisses from sinbad and sierra

I believe you have done the right thing. It wouldn't have been fair to anyone if you had let them keep going as they were. As someone else has said...it just wasn't meant to be. I hope in time you feel better about your decision. I'm sure there is someone out there just waiting for a gorgeous girl like Calli to come along so they can give her the perfect home!
I'm glad to hear that Beasley is returning to his usual self.
