The Famous Boxer Hug!!!

I finally got one!!! We had the dog warden (we are friends with her) that we rescued Fletcher from dogsit for us on Sunday. She said she nearly called us to come back and get him because he was so beside himself when we dropped him off at her house. She said he didn't eat all day and sat by the window waiting for us. For 12 hours!!!! Anyway when I came to pick him up, he immediately jumped up on me and had his paws around my shoulders and his head literally resting on my neck. A big boxer hug. I was a little taken aback at first because Fletcher never jumps on people but once I realized what he was doing I loved it. Does your baby give hugs? Aren't they the best ever, I swear he was human in a past life.

Layla does this on a regular basis...she likes to lick your ear while shes hugging you!!!! I love the hugs but could do with out the slobber in my ear!! LOL

yeah my boy loves to give hugs and I could also do without the slobbery ears. I say all the time I think he used to be human.

yep, brutie does this...i can never quite tell if it is to give me a hug or show he is dominant over me...either way i can never resist a hug from my baby.

yep Moe does it and theres nothing in the world like it!!! We take him to the vet and they all have to come out to get their hugs. Moe has figured how to hook his feet together so its hard to get him off...

My Lucy Lou hugs the most. She's petite so if I am standing up she wraps her paws around my waist, and leans her head on my hip. I love it though!!
